Belize is a fisherman’s paradise. All types of fishing can be enjoyed all year long. We offer local fishing. The waters surrounding Caye Caulker boast some of the best fishing.  Caye Caulker has bred generations of fishermen who have made their living from the sea. Many of the older or retired fishermen continue to fish for tourism. Our guide Rolly Rosado is one of those guides. There is a huge variety of fish in Belize. We try to bring home the great barracuda, rock grouper, yellow tail snapper, silk snappers, mutton snapper, black snapper to enjoy barbecued, grilled or fried. We offer the most relaxed fishing experience, the Caye Caulker traditional way.
