Caye Caulker Crocodile Cruise and Star Gazing

Starting at 7:30pm we go by boat through the split to the North Island in search of Crocodiles. Caye Caulker is home to a small family of crocodiles that inhabit the mangroves and lagoons feeding on fish & crabs. Crocodiles are protected in Belize for over 30 years. Once hunted for their skins. We get to witness bioluminescence, search for crocodiles, night birds and enjoy the stars, brilliant in the dark night and away from the sounds and lights of Caye Caulker.

Snacks, rum punch and lights included.  $35BZ per person. minimum 5 persons confirm.

Caye Caulker Island Tour

Enjoy a leisurely 2 hour cruise around Caye Caulker South and travel to Caye Caulker Forest Reserve a literal forest with 3 types of mangroves, red, white and black. Mangroves are an excellent habitat for crocodiles, turtles, fish and year round water birds, like The Great Blue & White Heron, Egrets, Pelicans, Osprey, Hawks, Falcons, Frigate birds, ducks and the pink Roseate Spoonbills. Native species are crabs, boa constrictors, iguanas & lizards. Highly recommend Tour.

Night Snorkeling Caye Caulker Marine Reserve

Snorkeling at nite is awesome. Observe life that isn’t there during the day. Octopus, squid, shrimp, crab, lobster. The coral is reproducing. Parrot fish are in their bubble, fish are sleeping. Witness biolumenessence.  Try Something Different. Don’t be afraid of the dark. Snorkel the Local Reef at night. Guided by Daniel Dominguez a local divemaster and excellent night snorkeling guide. Trip departs at dusk & returns no later than 8:30pm.
