How to reach Caye Caulker
Two public water taxis and two public domestic airlines. Links below. Other options is private boat charter, especially if you are a group. One of our specialties with groups plus snorkeling. We also offer private airline charter and can include a fly over the Blue Hole. Caye Caulker is a 21 mile or about 45 minutes by water taxi or 15 minutes by plane. Cancellation Policy and Tour Waiver
All of our tours are refundable when prepaid for any reason, minus the bank fee charged to process the booking, which is 10%. Please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours ahead of the departure time of the tour. If cancellations received last minute and we are already prepared, we will look at our expenses, and deduct this amount. Please note deposit on tours require full final payment made the day before by 5pm in order to guarantee trip. If a joined tour, cancellations of other participants may affect the operation of the tour and price.

Waiver of Liability
I UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE INHERENT RISKS INVOLVED WITH BOATING/ SNORKELING/WATER SPORTS, ETC, including but not limited to equipment failure, perils of the sea, acts of other participants, and adverse sea and weather conditions, and I HEREBY ASSUME SUCH RISKS. I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE DUTY TO EXERCISE REASONABLE CARE FOR MY OWN SAFETY AND I AGREE TO DO SO.
I assert that I am physically fit to ride on a boat, snorkel, swim, fish and I will not hold TA Adventures Ltd. or their employees, agents or other associated personnel responsible if I am injured as a result of ANY problems (medical, accidental or otherwise) which occur while chartering the boat or otherwise participating in the trip.
I fully understand that TA Adventures Ltd. has limited medical facilities and that in the event of illness or injury, appropriate care must be summoned by cellular phone and treatment may be delayed until I can be transported to a proper medical facility. I agree in advance to these conditions. TA Adventures Ltd. has made no representations to me, implied or otherwise, that they or their crew can or will perform safe rescues or render first aid. In the event I show signs of distress or call for aid, I would like assistance and will not hold TA Adventures Ltd., their crew or passengers responsible for their actions in attempting the performance or rescue of first aid.
I agree to forever discharge and release TA Adventures Ltd., its employees and agents, the owner(s) of TA Adventures Ltd, and affiliates, from any and all responsibility or liability for any and all injuries or damages. I agree NOT to make a claim against or sue any of the above parties for injuries or damages whether they arise or result from any NEGLIGENCE.
I further specifically agree, on behalf of myself, my heirs and assigns, to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties for any and all causes of action arising as a consequence of any incidents which might occur as a consequence of my participation in any activities with or involving the released parties. I understand that if I leave the boat for any reason and enter the water, I am fully responsible and hold harmless TA Adventures Ltd.
I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY IT.

Heat and Sunstroke
On board our boats we have a shade canopy and provide water and fruit. While snorkeling there is no shade protection. Please make sure you have proper sun block protection and also have extra t-shirt like UV shirt to cover up your back in case of too much sun. Make sure you drink plenty of water. We have purified water on all our trips.
Motion Sickness & Refunds
Safety
If you are not a strong swimmer, please make sure you inform your tour guide. We also recommend that you make use of the life jackets that are provided to you on board the boat. Guides complete a full briefing of the tour and safety prior to tour commencing. When you are not snorkeling and in mixed group, we ask you wear your mask or UV buff. If you are feeling unwell, inform your captain. Boat is equipped with first aid kit. We will return to land in case of any emergency. Your captain and guide is qualified first aid responder. We have protocols in case of emergency.
